Israel

Senior Support Agent
Curve is looking for a super talented and experienced Support Agent to assist our customers with any issue (technical, how to, features requests, etc.) when using our products and to take part in building support processes and workflows.

You need to be a natural problem solver, independent and be able to keep up with the challenging environment of a start up.

So, if you’re a service oriented, a great communicator and tech savvy we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer’s requests, questions, and complaints on a variety of support channel s and provide excellent customer experience.
  • Identification of the root cause and resolution of technical issues.
  • Prioritize and escalate the most impactful issues from across the company and manage them with the product and R&D teams.
  • Develop, document and maintain standard operating procedures, customer service guidelines and self-service materials.
  • Participate in development of external or internal user training programs.

 

Requirements:

  • Native English Speaker or comparable – spoken and written English – must
  • 3+ years of experience in Support team / tier 2/ 3 – must
  • Strong communication, proactive, with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proven technical skills
  • Flexible schedule
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills to meet set targets and deadlines
  • Experience as a Team Leader (nice to have)

Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager at Curve you will be taking care of our  most valuable partners, listening to their needs and feedback and help them work through their issues and keep ahead of the Curve. You will have the opportunity to build processes and workflows form scratch and have a great influence on our product.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage multiple client accounts on all levels: technical, business, support, and product
  2. On boarding of new customers–work with our new customers to design, deploy, configure and integrate Curve in their environment and workflows
  3. Provide client training and webinars
  4. Establish highly effective relationships with senior executives and key decision makers to ensure a close and successful long-term business relationship
  5. Identify up-sell opportunities and communicate potential risks that would threaten renewals

Requirements:

  1. At least 3 years of experience as Customer Success Manager / Account Manager
  2. Technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies
  3. Team player, with exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
  4. Fluent English. Any other language is a plus
  5. Experience managing international clients

Marketing
